Waynedale captured the Div. 3 Northwestern Sectional title and advanced nine wrestlers to district's next week. The Bears Sectional titles went to Zach (126) and Zane Nelson (138) and Brenden (170) and Reid Stanley (145).
Waynedale's 242 team points easily outdistanced runner-up Tuslaw, who scored 193. Other Waynedale wrestlers who advanced include Michael Wilson (120), Bradley Wardell (132), Jack Staggs (152) and Dakota Stanley (160).

Other locals advancing to next week include:
Norwayne: Kollin Moore (152) Kurt Moore (160) and Heath Rohrbaugh (185) - all taking firsts. Also Jon Aimmerly (195) and Mitch Murray (220).

Northwestern has eight heading to districts. Shane Clark (126), Tyler Berry (132), Derek Gregan (138), Schaefer (182) and Matt Hunter (285) all finished third, while fourths went to Kyle Cayse (120), Tanner Topp (160)and Joey Meek took second at (170).

Sending two wrestlers each are Hillsdale with Jett Heldenbrand (113, third) and Tristin Stiltner (132, fourth) and Orrville with Potter and Connor Davis (220, fourth).

Dalton's Drew Everett moves on at 145.

Loudonville had Ryan Weber win a hard-fought 5-3 bout over Chippewa's Phil Eisenhauer in the 195 title bout before Cary took his first. The Redbirds will be joined at the district by runners-up Ullman and Josh Weber, along with Blake Cary (170, third) and Tucker Bender (145, fourth).

Chippewa had to settle for three qualifiers: Zack Srock, Phil Eisenhauer and Garrett Hall.

Wooster will send three wrestlers to district's as Ethan Keck (160- 4th), Jacob Shook (220 - 3rd) and Trevor Chapman (HVWT - 3rd) advance to next week.

Triway will have four wrestlers at district's. Advancing for the Titans are Andy Mairs (120 - 2nd), Hunter Flinner ( 126 - third), Jake Flechler (152 - 2nd) and Kyle Schuler - 220 -4th).

West Holmes will send five wrestlers to District's next week. Competing at the Claymont Div. 2 Sectional, the Kinghts advanced Cole Woods (106), Jack Sherer (138), Max Rohskopf (145), Grayson Miller (195) and Ray O'Donnell (220). Rohskopf was the only West Holmes wrestler to capture a Sectional crown.
