To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all listeners, the following are the official rules for the PICKS & BOWS BLUEGRASS RADIO SHOW - MOHICAN BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL TICKET GIVEAWAY

The PICKS & BOWS BLUEGRASS RADIO SHOW – MOHICAN BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL TICKET GIVEAWAY period will be Sunday, August 12, 2010 to Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 5:00pm EST.

Two (2) Winners will each receive two (2) tickets to The Mohican Bluegrass Festival which will be held Thursday - Saturday, September 16-18, 2010 at Mohican Wilderness Campground located at 22462 Wally Rd., Glenmont, OH 44628.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter with the submission form below, fax to 330-264-3571, mail to “PICKS & BOWS – MOHICAN BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL TICKET GIVEAWAY” c/o WQKT Radio 186 S. Hillcrest Dr., Wooster, OH 44691, or dropped off at the offices of Wooster Radio at 186 S. Hillcrest Dr., Wooster, OH 44691 during regular business hours. Entries must include name, address, and phone number. Two (2) winners will be randomly selected out of all the entries. Winners will be announced on The Picks & Bows Bluegrass Radio Show on Sunday, September 12, 2010. (Winners will be contacted to determine if they will pick the tickets up at the radio station or if they will be mailed to them.)

Must be eighteen (18) years or older to enter. One (1) entry per person. Must not have been a giveaway winner at WQKT/WKVX Radio in the last thirty (30) days.

The winner’s acceptance of prizes provides permission for WQKT/WKVX to use name and likeness of the winner in all Wooster Radio publications including www.wqkt.com.

Neither WQKT/WKVX, nor its employees or producers of The Picks & Bows Bluegrass Radio Show, may be held liable for any costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners once possession has been made by winner.

Management and employees of WQKT/WKVX are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Wooster Radio.

WQKT/WKVX Radio further reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.
