Pumpkin Dump Cake

An Easy Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients:
1 29oz can pumpkin
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped
Whipped Topping

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger together well. Pout into a 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Pour melted buter over top and then spinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. To service, top with whipped topping.
