WAYNE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS
OFFERING H1N1 VACCINE DURING WALK-IN CLINIC HOURS

Effective immediately, the Wayne County Health Department will provide H1N1 vaccine during their walk-in clinic hours to anyone 6 months of age and older. Walk-in clinics are held at the health department on:

Mondays 9:00 -10:00 AM and 1:00 - 6:00 PM
Wednesdays 9:00 -10:00 AM and 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Fridays 9:00 – 10:00 AM and 1:00 – 4:00 PM

It is NOT too late to get your H1N1 vaccine. Protect yourself and others.

 Wash your hands
 Cover your cough
 Stay at home if your are sick

Consent forms can be downloaded from www.wayne-health.org, completed and brought to the health department with you. Consent forms are also available at the health department.
