Vaccine Available Free of Charge for the Following Groups Only:
• Pregnant Women
• Children 6 months through 24 years of age
• People 25 through 64 years of age who have chronic medical conditions
• Household contacts of babies younger than 6 months
• Healthcare workers
Killed vaccine injections and flumist will be available at the clinic. However, if you are eligible for the live flumist vaccine you must take the live flumist vaccine at this time or wait until a later date when the killed vaccine shot is not in limited supply.
Consent Forms can be downloaded from www.wayne-health.org, completed and brought to the clinic with you to reduce the time you wait for your vaccine. Consent forms are also available at the clinic sites.
