Power Up Moves and Food Parent Academy
April 15, 6 to 8 pm.

The Workshop is free.

• A free take home packet of valuable information and resources.
• A free dinner and snacks with special consideration for food allergies.
• Free nutrition education session and physical activities for school age children.
• Free babysitting for younger children.

Parents are encouraged to share their ideas on ways to improve the school's meal program and health and wellness goals. Your ideas are of great importance. Commit to this program for your children, your family and your school!
