Midwest Health Services "Project Haiti"

Midwest Health Services are medical providers for mentally and physically challenged individuals. The staff and clients are organizing a service project - "Project Haiti" - a donation center for Haiti relief. The items donated will be delivered to MedWish to be shipped to Haiti. Any and all supplies are needed, including: medical supplies, personal supplies, clothing, diapers, wheelchairs, water, pwder baby formula - everything is needed!
