Holmes County Libraries Food for Fines - October 25th - December 4th. For six weeks this fall, the Holmes County Libraries will accept "payment" for late fees in the form of new canned and boxed food items. Food will be accepted for payment of library fines only, and cannot be accepted for the payment of lost or damaged items.
