Apple Creek Youth Athletic Association League Sign-Ups

Another ball season is near. The ACYAA Commissioners would like to encourage all area youth to join the league this season.

SIGN-UP:
~If you plan on mailing in the registration, you must do so by Monday, March 1st.
~If you prefer to register in person, sign-up day will be Friday, March 5th from 6pm-8pm at Mayer Carson Hall.
~You must register by March 12th in order to play in the league this summer.
