Event Details*: The Wayne County Coupon Club is open to anyone wishing to learn how to save money and price match by using coupons.

The club meets every Saturday at the Orrville Public Library in the lower meeting room.

The group also takes expired coupons up to 6 months old, we send those to the troops to use over seas.

We also take any donation; food, clothing,bedding , etc to donate to those who are needing help in our community.

Wooster Hope Center is collecting donations on Monday and Wednesday of each week from 11am-3pm.

The center needs powder laundry detergent, diapers sizes 4 & 5, women's deodorant, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, mouthwash, disposable razors, baby wipes, and toothbrushes. These items will be given to Wayne County Residents who need free hygiene products.

Please call 330-683-2242 to arrange for an alternate drop-off time. Items can be dropped off at 111 S. Buckeye St. (Daybreak Church), Wooster.

Calling all dreamers! Explore the night this summer as the Central and East Branch Libraries present “Dream Big – READ!” during our summer reading program. Children ages 2-12 can read or listen to books to earn incentives. Each location will host weekly programs which may feature a ventriloquist, nocturnal animals, space, songs, skits, story times and more! The “Dream Big – READ!” Summer Reading Program begins June 4th and runs through July 14th. Registration for both locations begins Tuesday, May 29th.

WOOSTER COMMUNITY BAND 2012
The Wooster Community Band (sponsored by the Wayne County Historical Society) is looking forward to another summer of fine concerts. This band is an effort to remind us of the bands which many communities had back a century or so ago. The Wooster "Board of Trade Band" with their concerts in the old bandstand in front of the now “Everything Rubbermaid” store was an example of this type of band.

The Wayne County 4-H program is conducting a 5 day Junior Camp June 3-7, 2012 at 4-H Camp Ohio, near Utica. 4-H camp offers many opportunities to develop a variety of skills such as Nature, Adventure, Living History, Water Skills and Crafts. Campers have the opportunity to participate in Rock Climbing, Geocaching, Swimming, Canoeing, Zip Lining, and Stream Studies to name a few activities! 4-H Camp Ohio is an American Camp Association (ACA) accredited camp site and is the home of the OSUE State 4-H camp.

The Green Local Drama Club will put on The Pirates of Penzance Jr. May 18th though May 20th. There will be one show on Friday at 7:00pm, two on Saturday at 2:00 and 7:00pm and one on Sunday at 2:00pm. The cost is $7.00 for adults and $6.00 for students and seniors.
