Ohio State University’s Secrest Arboretum has announced its 2010 schedule of events — walks, workshops and family activities all focused on healthy ecosystems. Plants of course are the feature. But birds, bugs, science and music get their time in the spotlight too.

The arboretum is part of the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC), 1680 Madison Ave., Wooster.

Trucks, trucks and more trucks will be heading to the Wayne County Public Library on Saturday, October 2nd for the Second Annual Touch-A-Truck program! It was so much fun last year that the library decided to bring the trucks back and ask a few more to come along and join the fun! The event will be held at the Wooster Branch of the Wayne County Public Library from 10am to 1:30pm
