Don't be spoiled by Bucks

As Ohio State was winning the Sugar Bowl last night you could hear some fans complaining about "Tressel Ball". Too conservative they say, as OSU almost blew a 31-13 third quarter lead. In the end, things aligned and the Bucks were victorious. It won't be enough for some folks who complain that it was still not convincing enough. Spoiled. Way too spoiled. It seems that nothing is ever good enough.

Ohio State has won six Ben Ten titles in a row and seven in the last nine years. OSU has won six BCS bowl games in nine appearances, which is more than anybody else in the nation. Ohio State is 99-17 in the last 9 years. That's 11 wins a year. Most folks loved Earle Bruce. He was a Buckeye guy...and averaged 9 wins a year and won 4 Big Ten titles. Most folks didn't like John Cooper. Good guy, but not a Buckeye they say. Averaged 8 1/2 wins in 13 years. Won 3 Big Ten titles. The stats don't lie. Seven conference titles in 22 years before Tressel. Are you kidding? Stop whining.

Think about this years fall of Texas and Florida. Oklahoma's struggles...how about USC, Penn State and of course, Michigan? You may not like the style, but isn't winning more important? Enjoy what you have now Buckeye fans. Fans of other schools would steal for it.
